The strand 300 series has almost limetless ability for adding more submaster pannels. Each pannel has 24 subs on it. I am currently in charge of a board with 5 of these pannels, a total of 120 submasters... pre-program a bunch of presets for your movers or even full cues into these submasters...

Source 4's are typically standard these days. great optics, good color temp, hight quality build. Personally, I would not decide which light you get based on how hot it gets... unless, that is, you are using it as a followspot. If a light gets too hot during a focus call, get some gloves...

Hey! I was right! :P Thanks for confirming what I thought i had heard once. But once again, no dice on XP since Gates thought it was finally time to put DOS to bed once and for all.

I think that as long as you are not running a winXP, mac, or *nix machine (IE anything with DOS still part of it), you can just install teh console software on your machine and it will act as standalone software. Please dont take my word for this though. I am not positive if this works...
