Well, ended up going with three ADJ Focus Flex L7’s. To my inexperienced judgement, I like that they are small and nimble, should be able to get nice theatrical colors with the RGBL. If I figure out how, can maybe also have a little fun making glitz doing different things with the 7 LED’s...

Thanks Gafftaper. We have purchased used conventionals from them and also Gear Source, with good luck. S4’s and S4 Pars. And a couple nice auto yokes on eBay awhile back. A little leery of getting used movers, but will definitely checkout. Thanks!

I have used gobos with 26, 36, 50 degree S4's. But never with a 70-degree S4..Due to short throw of about 10 feet, even the 50-degree beam is too small for the application.Are there any issues projecting gobos with a 70-degree fixture..? Just never tried and wanted to check before we rent...

No- the pipe in question is dead hung. It has a teaser that is used to mask an upstage scenery pipe that does fly in and out. The reason for the side arms is to get the fixtures away from the teaser curtain.

To clarify- ThTo clarify- the pipe is suspended by aircraft type cables every ten feet or so. We want fixtures maybe every 4 feet. So we use side arms for the fixtures plus additional side arms at the cables..? How do they fasten to the cables..? And is there a special type side arm for...
