That's true, but it will depend what you use them with. If you're using them along side a regular tungsten-halogen, they might not be as stark as you want them to be. But again, that all depends on the design.

Subs, cues, groups, color pallets, focus pallets and all that stuff is only saved within the show file. Like he said above, you can deselect certain elements while loading in a new show to not overwrite the previous data.
