It looks a little discolored/rusted on the right side - would that pose any sort of hazard?

Hey everyone :) As some of you may [or may not] know, I'm SMing a musical type show right now. It's about five weeks from when we go up [with about a three week break in the middle, unfortunately, but beside the point.] My ASM is a really sweet girl and has done some teching in the past...

This is what we do - it keeps the suond cues and the light cues nicely in order. As for the cue book, yeah, a script wth large margins works beautifully, unless you're going for a dance show. Speaking of which, for those of you who've SMed dance shows - what works best for a cue list? Lisa

Yeah, not much else to miss about HS other than massage trains, eh? ;) That's a great idea, about moving around. We haven't cast for dance parts yet, but I have a feeling we'll have multiple rehearsals going on at one time [Thanks for reminding me - I should sign up for those time slots on...

Thanks TechWench. :D Wow, it's good to know that I'm not the only one who's gone through this. ^^ Crying does seem a lot bit extreme though. ;) But that last bit seems like a very good suggestion. :D I'm also going to have to figure out a way to keep rehearsals moving - any suggestions there...

Well, that's definitly a technique I haven't tried yet. :) We're still rehearsing though, and learning the songs, and coordinating to get the vocalists to all arrive on time, so I'm not sure that it's an option yet. ^^ Lisa

This sounds awesome! What immediately comes to mind is finding a dowl[sp?] rod [one of those round cylinder types of wood] with a radius similar to what you're looking for, cutting it into quarters, painting it, and glueing it to the edge of your table. ^^ I think someone may have had a...
