1st test is curing. I need to make 12 eyes. I chose to use a 12V COB LED I will run with a NiCAD rechargable pack and a switch. Although I might also use my RC4 dimmer to run it on our stage but when we rent the costumes out i will use the switch. Ill have to see how the COB likes the dimmer...
I can certainly wash the area with UV. I wonder how the painted eyes would glow in the scenes where I have brighter stage lighting at the same time. Ill test it.

Hooked up to a water faucet like a normal sprinkler system. It seems the sprinkler valves are not an instant off but must have some diaphram inside that closes as the pressure subsides. Takes 4 seconds or so which soaked the first several rows of seats.

You are getting lots of responses here. You can use either. I have some Elation 6 Par 300's and i see no performance differences. My understanding is that even though there are 5 pins they don't use 5 pins. the extra pins are for some functionality that was to come in the future??
