Anything will work ok. MDF sucks up a ton of paint so picking something relatively affordable will work to your advantage.
If the flats aren't really going to see changes in humidity or get wet you may not need to paint both sides if they arent showing.

While this is true most businesses with experience in cleaning theatrical drapes know this and will retreat your drapes with flame retardant. If you are going to have them cleaned find a organization with experience in theatrical drapes and make sure they provide a new certificate of flame...
For cut sheets we have a regular filing cabinet with drawers for each brand and then files for each color.
For full and near full sheets we have a drafting file with drawers for each brand and the sheets organized numerically.
Of course this doesnt work for a portable set up.

Isnt the difference from when they went from the 575w rating to the 750 rating. I have all 575w rated fixtures except for two 750w rated that have these difference and their caps wont fit on the bodies of the 575w.
This happened once on our Microvision before I got here. Turns out the disk had a firmware upgrade on it and as soon as the console tried to read it it went into the upgrade.
I try to avoid tape on cable as much as possible and use tieline to secure coils and cable to pipes etc. I use tabs on our dance floor, labeling of connectors, and fly rail labels. Definitely not on spike tape.

Depending on what size rack you get you can get a power rail for the AC adapters. You might be better off getting a couple paddle antennae and running them to a antennae distro then daisy chaining the receivers it will keep...
