    'nother time lapse

Sure, i will do my best to explain the process... basically I did an internet search on how to turn a graphing calculator into an Intervalometer (essentially, a program to fire the shutter on a regular basis without me standing there and pressing it). I connected the calculator to my camera (via...

    College Selection

Chris- I am almost certain that he is going to DePaul now (they had a recent opening) and not the U of I. Also, if you are considering not going to school right away... you need to also consider that most people who claim this as their intent... never end up going back to school... it is a sort...

Microphones New Lavalier Microphone Units for High School

Look into the Countryman B3 series... they are not earset and IMO that is an asset to their functionality. They can be placed over the ear with a small piece of clear medical tape on the face. They can also be attached to their supplied tie clasp so that the can be used as a lav mic for a...

    Booth Pictures :)

Ha... yes... I get to boast a little now... ;) I built the stand for it so I can slide the USB keyboard/mouse under it for easier storage (takes up less counter space too). It is not uncomfortable at all. It was actually a calculated height so that it sits at the correct position under the...

    Got "Dirty" Power?

Ok, let me start by saying this: I am by no means a certified electrician. My theatre has what the O&M exec staff flippantly refer to as "dirty" power. Example: every now-and-then the lights (and I mean ALL of them) briefly flicker all at once. Not enough to be an issue as far as safety, but...
