Ours is ethernet based. Lately we haven't had any issues. We did change a few settings in the Entec box that may have fixed the problem since we haven't had it happen for a while now. If we continue to have problems I will consider switching to USB if I can.

Already know what the DMX address is. Fortunately they are all one address (there's only four lights affected). Going to call Lehigh on Monday to get the nearest dealer that can service the rack.
