Strand Quartzcolor got sold to Cosmolight in Italy back in 2012 and they still manufacture the Iris cyc units. I can't see a US distributor on their website but you could ask the question at [email protected]

Strand produced the same outstations with differing software - Premiere and Outlook. Outlook was designed to talk directly to dimmers such as CD80SV, such that some of your dimmer circuits could be used for house-lighting and others for ordinary theatre fixtures. Attached is the datasheet...

Any new theatre, conference centre, or music venue being built in the UK today would probably have a number of company switches in the wings or back stage with multiple 3ph. outlets of various sizes. So you wouldn't have the same problem today.

First manual board - Strand Junior 8 (great for making toast). First memory board - Kliegl Performer II, with cassette tape show storage. We used it on a historical pageant at Horse Guards Parade in the centre of London and ran a SMPTE time code to control the narration timing with the effects.
