My board (ETC ION) is offline, i need it to be online. How can I get it back online?I believe someone else pressed "No" when it asked if they wanted the board to connect to the internet.

On my etc ion (right-side monitor) I have the | Live Channel | open on top and I want to get | ML controls | at the bottom half. Instead the browser is open. How can I open ML controls at the bottom?

I have 4 Rogue R2s. All of them are working (Pan/Tilt) (Lamp On) but one of them has a shutter that is not opening. Ideas? Also one of them only pans and tilts halfway on both pan and tilt.

Hello Everyone, On the ETC ion I have a separate sub selection where I can record and access recently recorded cues that I set to that certain sub by holding Fader Control, and then clicking the bottom right sub. How can I or can I access that same feature on the ETC Element?

On the ETC element, how can I change the file name of the show that I have already recorded? I just need to change the name of the show that I am currently setting on. Also, I need to know how I can create another show with the same patches and everything else.

Hello i am working on an ion console and need help figuring out what "Type" to patch it too when patching these lasers. the ion console does not have the "Scorpion Dual" packs in their patch list but i did not know whether or not it would be any other options. please let me know ASAP i need them...

what are the steps to change the time on my ion? I know its a silly question, but it would be nice to have it correct when I look.

Right now for some reason my etc ion board is on "cue time manual" and I can't use any of my cues. How would I take that off?
