Hey there, I have a student that is recording cues for a show but after she saves, the cues appear in the cue list but when she gets to the cue nothing happens. She has re recorded them twice but the same group of cues keep having the problem. Any thoughts?

The actor enters with it on but the does take it on and off within the show. I will pass this along to the TD and see what he can do!
