Leviton innovator. Wattage is only 5 watts a string (led Christmas lights) i am also having the problem if I have a source 4 plugged in as well. Tried changing the profile on the board as well and that did nothing

I have 4 ld 360 leprechaun dimmer backs that when turned on and pluged into the board stay at 10% or so when they read 0 on the board. I tried adjusting the trim and that did nothing. I can bring them up brighter then 10% but no lower. Tried also connecting a terminator to the end of the chain...
