I've been working in theatre and film lighting for 15 years or so, and I'm back in Windsor Ontario Canada these days. I work at Caesar's Casino here, and the City of Windsor at Mackenzie Hall Cultural Centre. I've worked on several film projects in the past couple of years including the feature films Primordial Ties, shot on super 16mm, and the soon to be released comedy The Birder. I've been rebuilding old Strand lighting for years, and have a healthy appreciation for the quality of materials and design that made these lights great. I have developed a love of the Strand Quartzcolor Ianiro fixtures, and have managed to purchase several of these great studio lights.
