I use the harnesses at school. They're only a few months old, and they're surprisingly comfortable for unpadded harnesses. We have two fall arrest harnesses, and one rapelling harness that does have some padding in it.

We use Energizer Industrials as well. They also come with a cap on the contacts, so you can tell which ones are the fresh ones - which is handy.

So, you were in charge of movers - so someone is assigned a department and has to manage it themselves (like rigging, conventionals, etc.)?

I too am really digging the blue and green combination. I'm going to do that for our next concert at school. And the side lights in the third picture look really neat. Now, is the band that's playing a student band, or do you invite bands to play?
