File resolution for multi screen projection

That depends of a lot of factor, but in case you are doing a triplewide setup, then best to use triplewide content, so for 3 FullHD projectors 5760x1080 is the best resolution.

Triple Head To Go DP issue

There are always problems in my experience with detecting output with Matrox Triple/Dualheads on boot. Best if you unplug it before boot, then after macOS booted re-plug the device.

Akai APC20 Midi mapping MSC commands SMARTFADE ML

I don't know any free - or even paid - software which helps you easily transform incoming CC/Note messages to specific MSC commands, but if you have plenty of time you can roll your own with Max/MSP for example. I'm pretty sure the APC cannot be configured to send MSC commands on its own.

    QLab does lighting now

Definitely. Art-Net is a standard, so any Art-Net interface will work. Basically they are just network devices.

Hi Guys, Mitti developer here! :)Mitti is definitely not a QLab clone, and it had not been designed to replace anything on the market. Just give it a go to see if it suits your needs or not.Edit: I just realised we are on the Sound/Music forum. Mitti is a video cue player - although it can...

Qlab on Mac Mini - Which video output to use

The Mini does not support more than 2560x1600 on two displays anyways ;)

    How do I do this?

I think this is totally possible - probably in any video playback software that supports corner pinning/keystoning. I'm not sure how you can do that in QLab but I bet that is just a few clicks.

Qlab on Mac Mini - Which video output to use

Yes, they have, but they are not that bad. Have a low-end 1.5Ghz model from the current line and it can playback 2560x720 ProRes movies spanned on 2 displays without problem for example.

Qlab on Mac Mini - Which video output to use

All outputs are coming from the same GPU of course, so there are no difference regarding to performance.

Qlab on Mac Mini - Which video output to use

I'd use the Thunderbolt output for feeding the LED screen because that less picky about the output resolution and frame rates.

First time doing projections, have a couple questions

I'm second on using OSC and remote control QLab - so move your computer as close as possible to the stage and remote control it over the network by OSC. The QLab guys have a pretty nice remote app, check it out.

    Hog 4 meets Qlab

I'd suggest to stick with a hardware interface. Although OSX support MIDI over Network natively, that only works between computers as far as I know, and I have mixed experience using it. Sometimes its working, sometimes not, but usually not really reliable if timing is important.
