Besides ADC, which I find to be somewhat noisy but dependable, there are other manufaturers of tracks. I like Thern's T70 track (see www.thernstage.com). These are designed to not need a batten to hang off of if your pick points are close enough. Might be more expensive than you are willing...

I don't recommend flat paint for your floor. As was mentioned previously, it gets dusty really fast. We use satin black Breakthrough for our stage floors. Sometimes we'll go to semi-gloss.

Your dimensions are not your friend with the tabbing feature. Tabs work better with your height being taller than your width. If you only want to have the first 10' of the curtain tab open that might work better. The tab line could be linked with one of the carriers at the appropriate point...
