Sorry for being vague.Basically, when it is powered up, there is no control using the sliders. In order to remedy this, we go into the menu and delete all settings. That fixes the issue as far as we can tell.

I picked up a SmartFade for my son to mess around with, and we are constantly forced to reset the board in order for it to work. Any ideas why that might be? Do you think it is repairable, or should I just cut my losses?

I am a high school theater director with tech classes busting at the seams. Unfortunately, I can't get time for every student to plot/hang/cue a show in the theater. So, I'd like to get my school to purchase some visualization software so students could virtually build/hang/cue scenes from shows...

For some reason, after powering up my fixtures today, one of them shows an error of "No Program" on the screen. Any idea why this might occur...and how to fix?Thanks.

Well, I went back and unpatched and re-patched and now don't seem to have an issue. I didn't change anything with the patch, just went through the steps of doing it again.I haven't yet set up a macro for it, but I probably will in the next couple of days. I'll let you know if I run into any...

Definitely. I can power the lamps up from the menu on the fixture, but have had issues powering the lamp from the control board.

For some reason, I have not been successful in being able to power up my lamps on my VL770s through my ION board. Is there some setting on the fixture itself that I have to change in order to be able to power my lamps from my board? I haven't had any problems with my VL2500 wash fixtures, so...

Question that I'm hoping someone can answer...I have two portable Leviton DDS 6000 dimmer packs. Each has four channels. I am only running three source four 575w on each pack.Each pack has two plugs that I have plugged into a surge protector (two surge protectors, one for each dimmer pack)...
