Cem+, but I actually may have figured it out. The paradigms network cable is connected to the link port on the switch. This leads me to believe that it was essentially the router of the system, and would explain why everything is down. Am I on the right track or is this completely wrong?

We only have one portable gateway which is disconnected, and then the dimmer racks. What do I need to look for in the racks?
