Really you should just be able to type "CH.(#).3*" or "CH.(#).4*" and use the scroll wheel to adjust pan and tilt, in that order I believe.

We have a few of them in our rep plot. There are little magnets glued to the color flags. If one falls of ( which they are prone to do, I think we've fixed 3 in the past two years ) they won't settle correctly. So see if that's the issue. I will see if I can find the online manual later tonight.
