All intensities go to 0 when it reaches 80%.

I am having an issue with my ION xe where intermittently when you roll up the level on some lights when it gets to 80% the lights shut off. This is happening on the wheel and on the fader wing. Anyone run into a similar issue?

I've been visiting the CB for years and finally got off my a$$ and officially joined. We are about to start our season at MTYP and our Christmas show is a double bill of Charlie Brown.
