Problem with Dimmers 'pulsating'

I have a room on my campus that is using a Leprecon 624 Console, and just today the stage lighting (stage pin system, ETC) has started pulsating, and one of the dimmers is only full on or full off. It just started today, after a rehearsal yesterday with no issues. I power cycled the board. It seems like if the master is lowered a little, the problem isn't as noticeable but is still present. One of the dimmers is off, as you pull the submaster up begins to flash, and when all the way up is solid. Other dimmers are pulsating when full on or close to full on.

Any idea what could do this?

Thanks guys, I will try disconnecting the board to see if that is the issue. I will also give etc a call to work it out. Thanks again for your time.

I've had some older, heavily used LP-624s start to have intermittant fader issues, either shorting to full-on or full-off as the fader is moved, but they tend to affect output ONLY when a finger is on the fader knob, and only individual channels. Continual pulsating after you've stepped away from the board would indicate a problem elsewhere.

Full on/full off/only dims to 50% problems on a single channel are often the SSR in a single dimmer module being blown, with old age, a short, or a lamp going supernova having caused one one or both halves of the dimming circuit to lock on or off. Full rack flickers tend to suggest rack control card problems, as suggested above.

I did recently have to deal with a rack of Leprecon MX-2400 dimmers that was flickering at 30%, ultimate cause seemed to be a UPS somewhere else on that service that was throwing some noise out onto the incoming power, which confused the trigger circuits. Leprecon supplied new brain cards with a tighter noise suppression circuit, which fixed the problem.

I have had this same problem upon occasion on smaller Leprecon ULD 360 dimmers run with a Leprecon 612 board. I know this set up may be a lot smaller and less reliable in general but, I have found the problem to be issues with power most often, with one case being a few channels that had shorted out. I am fairly new to the lighting game so, this info may be non sequitur in regards to your problem but, it sounded familiar so, I thought I would offer an example :)
