Chauvet Hurricane Haze 2D

First, is this the correct forum for a hazer issue? If so, anyone knows how to take the Chauvet Hurricane Haze 2D apart to get to the pump?
@Ford This poor person's been languishing patiently for days, anyone?

I used my unit last night, and it worked perfectly. I got home around 1:00am, too late to do anything like clean the unit. So the next day at 6:00pm I put cleaning solution (distilled water & a little vinegar) and turned it on. The fan comes on but no haze (I expect some haze from the water/vinegar solution right?). I opened it, cleaned the pump, and now see it working, but still no haze. Any pointers on what I need to look at next? Thanks!

That machine is really fussy it won't work unless it has the proper Haze fluid from chavet . Step 1 run it without cover... do you hear or feel the pump is running.do you see the fluid pushing through or is it only moving back and forth behind the pump. Back and forth then it's the pump...clean or replace ..pull the fluid sensor wire. Did that make any difference...we had 2 of these and after a few years we replaced them .we got tired of the constant repair
