That looks a lot like the ones used in the GrandMA2, though I think replacement faders for that desk are in the 3 digit price range.

for what in comparison is a staggeringly low price. I have seen people use thing like this for lighting wings, but it's usually kludgy and not nearly as good as the real thing.
