Who is going to USITT?

I will be there presenting the USITT Lighting Design & Technology Distinguished Achievement Award to Anne Valentino on Thursday March 15 from 7-8:15 PM. It promises to be a special evening, as we explore Anne's varied career of more than 30 years!

Wow! That's going to be quite the evening and congratulations to @avalentino you really deserve it!

Just booked my flight!

Thank you so much! Steve promises it won't be a roast.
Wait! Isn't it one of your competitors that does the roasting? (Although they may use S4Pars to do it.):):grin:
EDIT: Thought I should add some smileys so you knew that I was joking.

I would like to personally invite everyone who will be onsite Wednesday morning to the eSET meeting (this is across the street at the Hilton Marina). The goal of this meeting is to introduce potential employers to the work we do, excite more people about working on this project, and recruit hosts for the practical exams starting this Fall for audio, rigging, lighting, costuming and wardrobe. To that end, I invite to this meeting all the technicians, managers, and business owners in all fields. We will provide forms to gather contact information and details about what interests you most, for those who attend. For those unfamiliar with the program, info is available here. The only way that we can make this meaningful is to have a dialogue between employers and those of us creating the exam.

It was nice meeting you and talking to you on the Expo floor! Thanks to all the guys at Controlbooth! Love it!
Hey it was nice chatting with you. We REALLY love meeting people like you and knowing that all the nonsense around here. It's wonderful to go to USITT and hear that CB is helping people in the world teach kids, create art, and improve their careers.
