Wireless Shure UR4D+ receivers and transmitters

I ordered 2 dual UR4D+ receivers and received both units with the H band range; however evidently the H band body transmitters are now out of stock and discontinued.

I found a couple of companies that have the J5 or L3 band transmitters.

Is it possible to re-program the two UR4D+ receivers for the L3 or J5 band range?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Chad,

UHF-R is indeed discontinued, but Shure should still be able to service units and sell parts. Did you contact the Shure parts department directly, or speak to a reseller? I see you're located in Shanghai, and so you may need to order an international band version of the system.

Yes I am in Shanghai. We did our international order last spring, received the receivers and not the transmitters due to the UR1s being discontinued, something I was not aware of when placing the order a year ago. We did receive a great kit with the new line-up, but I have two H band receivers sitting here and no belt packs, so they are collecting dust. I am trying to figure out how to get therm working. I'll contact Shure and see what they say.

Got it. If you can't find the contact link, it's shure.com/contact
