Control/Dimming Strand Premiere System Woes

Having problems after repairing our old Premiere Control System from Strand.

Resistor got destroyed on the processor itself, so we unplugged it. Unfortunately left it unplugged for too long and it lost the existing config.

Disk drive power supply voltage adjuster was destroyed while attempting to re-solder someones crappy hack-job, so I bought another and replaced it, except now all the lights turn on on the controller and nothing happens. I believe someone might've accidentally touched one of the 3 pins together while I was waiting for the replacement and it shorted something on the disk drive.

No idea where I would begin to look at it now.

I've attached pictures of the disk drive controller and power supply, plus schematics of the disk controller and power supply if anyone could give me some pointers on how to attempt to fix this damn thing.

I already know it needs to be replaced but good luck trying to convince the school to replace it.

Calling @Ron Foley How's your stock of pity these days; would you mind steering young @jordandare towards some knowledgeable help in his part of our planet; wherever Morgan Hill happens to be? (You're mature enough to remember Malcom Hill's audio consoles and custom consoles; I doubt they've any connection with Morgan Hill)
Posting from north of Donald's walls.
