I can give you a generic answer:
The home position for pan and tilt usually involve either a little magnet glued to a plate that aligns with a
hall sensor, or a small hole through a plate and a photo-sensor.
In the case of the magnet, it may be they glued it in the wrong place on one of the units.
In the case of both, if the plate is then connected to a cog belt that moves the
unit, the belt may have jumped a few teeth or been put in wrong. This would be an easy fix as long as you are comfortable disassembling the
unit which will void the warranty. The usual
disclaimer applies here.
I doubt there is an offset program feature on a
unit this inexpensive, but it is not impossible. If, for example, the pan was off by 180 degrees, it may indicate the
unit is programed to invert. (
Manual would say something about that.)
