Hello Pat; your Mr. "Starksk" Is, I believe, Mr. Kirk Stark, aka @starksk . I've seen Kirk post here many times but I'm not personally aware of his current status. It's 7:30 a.m. in my time zone, I suspect more knowledgeable ETC employees and or dealers and / or factory authorized installation and commissioning / field engineers will see, and respond to your post within the next 3 to 4 hours, if they haven't already while I've been typing.
Again; Welcome to the Control Booth Forum.

Thanks @RonHebbard for the bat signal.

@pat botha: The answer to your question depends on exactly what you mean by convert and which version of equipment you currently have.
What size rack are you currently using?
Is it portable or permanently installed?
What voltage is it currently intended to be operated using?

If you prefer to talk with someone closer to your timezone, my colleagues in London would also be happy to assist you. They can be reached at +44 (0)20 8896 1000. Otherwise, I'll do my best to help you here.

Happy Hollidays!

hi happy holidays and all of that, well the racks are sensor classic 48 way in a road case each and they are on 380 3 phase with neutral and earth bac connectors fitted,i have a location where only single phase is available and was wondering if it is at all possible with these control cards to work on single phase.i can see some mods in the little cut aways on the reverse of the control cards

Calling @starksk AGAIN.

So that rack is designed for 220/380 50Hz and the mods you see might be related to the higher voltage than the US (120/208) variant of the rack. The metal in the backplane where the control module sits will have some sections that are not populated due to the rack type or size and that is completely normal.

At 48 circuits/24 modules, that would make it what we call a small touring rack or SP24. Unfortunately, there is not a way for that rack to be converted to single phase.

If it were a smaller pack (SP6 or SP12), there would have been a way for it to be converted. See this support article for more information about that.
