Geez, even a traveling amusement park for Fireman's fairs and block parties has to get inspected by the city's inspectors and code enforcement officers by me. Then I go to the Delaware county fair and see light streamers decades old with flying splices and patches and cracked sockets and illegal power tap-offs that are left installed all year around. So public safety seems to be geographically specific.
