Hello everyone, I have an ENTTEC DMX dongle and I need a free/cheap software (Sub $100) that I can use to control it. I need it to have a cuestack and patching, and it needs to work on mac. Does anyone know of anything that could come close to what I need?

Instead of renting a DMX fogger, would it be possible to tape down the on switch and using a Edison to Stage Pin adapter, turn the machine on and off. Or would this ruin the machine?

A grouping of 512 DMX slots. One DMX output at full capacity can carry 512 slots of information. In a DMX network that needs more then 512 slots, multiple DMX "universes" are used. Each DMX output on a console is known as a universe.
