    Bob: A life in 5 acts

    So I'm a High School student director and the show I'm working on right now requires a car that can drive onstage. Also, the trunk of another car, plausibly big enough for a person to fit in. I have no idea how to accomplish this effectively, and I would really hate to end up putting a cardboard...

    Flat that flips out of the stage

    I've been assigned a project to create a flat object that can flip out of a 2 foot tall platform built on top of a stage. However, it has to be able to flip out like this both quickly and slowly. Are there any suggestions for ideas of a kind of mechanism I could create to do this?
