You are most likely going to need them to be custom made. I doubt you'll find an off the shelf solution.

I recently made similar points made of 3/8" material that were two pieces, engineered to go into concrete beams, to hang battens. I'm pretty sure we can manufacture these for you. If you're interested, you can email [email protected] for a quote.
 
I would also consider asking how he felt about a single shoulder eye bolt horizontally through the beam. It would need to be large enough so you get the desired capacity since you would be coming off the eye at 90 degrees to the shaft. But that might be more economic.
 
Just get them made. Premade wouldn't be much cheaper and this is no place to shave costs. You'll have the comfort of the engineers stamp on the whole thing!
 
Yep, Get them made. Are those solid 4x14'S? They don't look like glulams.
 
You can also recreate the adaptive technologies concept with strut L brackets and short sections of strut. That way you have the ability for adjustment based on beam thickness.
