5-pin Mini XLR Adapters

I have recently come into a few McKay Two Wire headsets, they have a PTT button, mic and earpiece. The plug on the end looks like a 5-pin mini XLR.
Just wondering if anybody has any pinouts or know of where I could buy some adapters for the headset, to say dual XLR etc?

The "mini XLR" is a Switchcraft TA5 series. You might be able to find the pin-out on this site: McKay Store - Headsets . Here are two examples of pre-made adapters for other purposes, one might work.
