I bet Derek is just going to love L742!

Myself, ever a fan of ambers, would like to see that L780.

:( At least it's in the 7xx's, where I never go. I don't think people should be allowed into the 3xx or 7xx until they've used all the 1xx's. WHY do we need all these coloUrs?

Why? I agree there are a lot of (possibly too many) colours, however shouldn't the gel be chosen for the show, rather than it's number?

Poor Derek and L742... Maybe Lee can try to compete with Apollo's amazing gum by shipping chocolate with their swatchbooks.

But they already have chocolate in their swatchbooks. It's called L-156.

They now have two browns, the L42 (new), and L156, hence why they could market their chocolates. I think you or I misunderstood...

Aw, I could've used L700 instead of L170 for Oliver!.

Always nice to get the glares when you have a L7xx color in a show.

Oh no, so now we have to keep the gobo/gel orders in the REFRIDGERATOR before they ship.....

Perhaps M&Ms, each dyed to match exactly the 144 colours of Apollo Gel. (The "fuzzy" ones matching the 12 diffusions don't sound all that appetizing, though.) Print the number on each candy--an edible swatchbook!

As long as they don't use the fuzzy stuff living in my fridge, I'll be fine.

You have that problem too? Use a little windex. You'll be fine.

Honestly though, who would be proud to use the color Egg Yolk Yellow?

I have no idea, I want to go just to try and make a better yellow gel.

I would rather use one called "Egg Yolk Yellow" in lieu of one named "Yellow Snow..."

You know those Listerine strips? My guy friend used to tote them everywhere, and I always thought a gag swatch book with colors of those instead of gel would be great. Pull one out and eat it, seeing how many people you can get to try making their regular swatch books melt on their tongue...

Very true. Plus, refrigeration of gel could lead to bad jokes along the lines of, "Lee Color, melts in your light, not in your hands!"
I like my Apollo gum as is.
