I was researching Affineon Lighting to locate institutions that installed their DL series fixtures years ago and came across conversations in Control Booth. When I owned Theatrical Services & Supplies, Inc. I designed them into many schools and colleges only to find out that they were not reliable .....to say the least. Subsequently I had several engineers and companies work with me and developed a working control card that Lite-trol Service in Hicksville makes and installs.
I was able to go back to all of my customers, even after I sold Theatrical Services & Supplies, Inc. and had all of their fixtures updated and fully repaired by Lite-Trol.
Its a shame the Affineon Company is no longer because theri DL fixtures are very good ummm... once they are repaired that is.
