It's running Titan 9.0. I fired up the console and wiped the last show file to patch a new one when I saw that channels 1-10 and 31-40 had the LEDs still light up at full intensity. It's the same no matter which page I am on. Nothing shows up as being patched there and it won't let me patch anything there. I loaded up some old show files and it acts the same with the old files that I know were working fine when I saved them as well. Any idea what could be causing this? Did I put it in some weird mode on accident?

Have you tried a panel reset? When I've seen something similar in the past, that took care of it. If that doesn't work, I'd check that firmware didn't get corrupted.

Tried a panel reset and that didn't get me anywhere.

Did you try the firmware? It sounds like those specific panels aren't communicating. You could open up the front panel and make sure all wires are seated. It is worth checking all the screws in there from time to time anyway, as they have a tendency to fall out.

The hard reset on the panel itself ended up fixing it. Here's hoping it stays fixed.
