The person who wrote the quote admitted that he didn't spend much time on it because he was trying to get in a quick set of numbers for us to work with. In the meanwhile, I bumped into a friend who connected me with an installer who has designed a lot of impressive locations nationally. He agreed to come in and give us another quote, which is what we need.
