Closed Circuit Television, a system containing a camera and a monitor and or a video recorder used to monitor the feeds. CCTV cameras are usually produce low quality black and white video (sometimes night vision) and are used in theatres for:
Security, allowing the monitoring of what's happening outside the venue.
Stage View, giving a Stage Manager a view of the stage, or used to "see in the dark"
