I am trying to program in Fades using Colorstrips.
I am using Lightfactory software. When I set the Dimmer control channel to the appropriate dimmer channel in order to perform fades the only thing I get is a flash.
For instance
Channel 1 is set DMX value of 210 through 219 to set the fixture in color fade mode
Channels 2 through 4 are then used to fade red green blue respectively
So I set the channel 3 to the appropriate level in the software and try and use the softwares fade in and out function.
However the only thing I get is a flash of the color.
What I assume is happening is that Lightfactory is trying to fade channel 1 and not channel 2 through 3.
My question is for others that are using software with this fixture is how did you get it to work if you have?
