Chauvet Stage Designer 24 Help!

We have the Chauvet Stage Designer 24 and we are having trouble getting it to dim our lights. The sliders just have the lights turn on to full or completely off.
We are in dimmer mode and the board and lights are hooked up to a dimmer pack, the eliminator ED15.

Can someone walk us through how we might fix this?

When you say you are in dimmer mode, are you talking about at your board or your dimmer? For the dimmer to be in dimming mode, it looks like dip switches 11 and 12 should be up?
