I used to mod a webhost support forum a couple years ago. Went back on a whim to see how things were going, and it was literally FILLED with stuff like that (but of a more Viagra and cheap web hosting feel).

My work email gets almost 60 Viagra type emails a day. I started making poetry out of the subjects. Make her world shake, extend the force of your love, and so forth. And this is apparently WITH a spam filter. Though it only seems to catch emails from front of house and rosebrand.....
