City Skyline Translucent Drop

I am looking for any leads on a translucent skyline silhouette drop available for rental in Los Angeles in April for a weekend run. I don't have the exact dates.
The sky above the skyline would be translucent to use a bounce drop behind to create a sunrise behind the silhouette of the city. New York or Paris preferred.
It needs to be a good size. Minimum 20'H x 40'W.
I have reached out to Grosh about one in their catalog. Any other leads would be fantastic.
