Click effects pro audio issue

Hello everyone, Im not sure if this has been posted before so sorry if it is a repeat.
Have any of you that run click effects pro audio ever had an issue when playing a cue, and a error message just keep's popping up and not going away unless you end the program? it's not every time we play a cue, only every once in a while, thanks

What does the error message say? That is an important clue. I suspect that's a fairly expensive piece of software, so you've paid for customer support. That might be a place to start.

PROTIP: If you're working with a software package, and you get an error message, whip out your cell cam, and *take a picture of that sucker*.

*Every little detail* of the error message is critical to figuring out what cause it.
