Howdy! I'm new to the lighting game, and quite lost so far....lol. I've run sound for years, but just recently purchased lights, and have more questions than answers. I hope to learn what's can, and if possible provide anything I've learned to others. Not afraid of learning, or to say I don't know.....hard to learn the best practices if you don't ask or pay attention!

^^^What Amiers said. Use proper DMX cable between your lights and control surface. Speaking of your control surface what do you have to control said lights.
