College College Resumes

I just began filling out the SUNY Purchase TD&T Interview Application for the BFA program and it has a text box to paste your resume into with the following message attached: "Your resume should include a complete list of your theatrical experiences. It should include titles of works, duties performed, locations of performance and the name of the director, designers and stage managers with whom you have worked."
The resume I already created (in PDF form and whatnot) does not include the venues or the names of the directors and designers for three reasons: 1) As most of my credits are with the same H.S. theatre program, it would be a lot of repeats. 2) All that info is listed in my portfolio for each show. 3) Most importantly, it would take up a lot of space. What would you do in this situation?
