Colortran Encore Offline Editor

Does anyone have a link to the Encore offline editor, if there even is one? I would like to be able to do program editing on my computer at home and on the booth computer if possible.

I can't find any info on this...am i stabbing thin air here, or did Colotran ever make an offline editor for the Encore?

I've looked into this, as the Encore is now my full time console. It would seem that Colortran never made an offline editor for it.
