Just got this from ETC:

"Critical software upgrade now available for Eos-family consoles

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

For all users of Eos-family consoles (Eos Ti, Eos, Ion, Gio and Element), ETC encourages you to upgrade your systems to Eos software v2.1.2 as soon as your

production schedule allows.

**********************************************************************************************************

We encountered a small number of defects in the v2.1.0 release that were unfortunately not caught during our extensive beta period. The most significant issue is a data-rounding

error caused by placing an invert flag on either/both pan or tilt. Software v2.1.2 addresses this issue, as well as other issues that we felt were critical.

Please find the details of v2.1.2 and how to adjust for the pan/tilt rounding error in the Release Notes at

http://www.etcconnect.com/docs/docs_downloads/relnotes/EosFamily_v2.1.2_RelNote_RevA.pdf. The new software version can be downloaded from either the individual

product pages on ETC's website or from the Downloads page at www.etcconnect.com/downloads.aspx. Offline software and Client software should be updated at the same time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
