DHA 4 channel controler

Good Morning All


Does anyone have info on a DHA 4 channel controller?

What is the output voltage?

I assume it a PWM DC but at what voltage.

The manual states 0-20rpm for one rotator or 0-10rpm for two.
Is this based on voltage / current?

Do you mean one of these? At full, I'm reading ~12V on a multimeter.
