Also known as a "tweaker"--a small, usually non-conductive, plastic screwdriver, often with #0 Phillips on one end and Slotted on the other, and used to align and adjust video projectors, or other electronics having alignment potentiometers.

Not to be confused with a "pokey-tool", which is a long scriber used for a variety of useful poking tasks.
