Dimming a Dimmable T8 LED tube in a non-dimming Fixture?

I don't see any mention of that ballast being dimmable, even on the manufacturer spec sheet. Plus, dimmable ballasts have another pair of wires to connect the 0-10V control. You might want to look for a different light source that will dim natively.
What LED product are you hoping to use? Lots of fluorescent replacement LEDs involve removing the ballast, and I would tend to expect that to be true of any that claim to be dimmable. Fluorescent dimming was always awful and very limited, so it would be an odd choice to start from that poor footing and then add all the complexity of effectively dimming LEDs on top.
